We Kill Everything
Produced by GWAR with Grant Rutledge and Mark Miley

Like its predecessor, "Carnival Of Chaos", a diverse offering. Quite a few fans reckoned the predecessor, "Carnival Of Chaos", was a bit wimpy and not quite as shocking as any of the earlier Gwar songs. I guess the band took that criticism seriously, at least if we are to judge the content by song titles such as "Babyraper", "Fishfuck", "Penile Drip" and "Fuckin' An Animal". GWAR seem to effortlessly and unscrupulously seek out taboo subjects to cover in their songs. Musically, is a lot like "Carnival Of Chaos". There are a couple of oddball songs, there's Dave "Oderus" Brockie's instantly recognisable vocal style, and of course there's the slightly to pretty much shocking lyrical content. Again there's room for Slymenstra to excel in "My Girly Ways", and this time a new Scumdog member is introduced in the form of Scroda Moon (nice name :-), who sings on several songs starting with "Tune From Da Moon". Highlights of the album are the cynical "The Performer", the instrumental "A Short History Of The End Of The World (Part VII (The Final Chapter (Abbr.)))" (which is in fact a remaking of "Cardinal Syn's Theme" from the late eighties) and the title song. "Mary Anne" has BalSac singing; "Escape From The Mooselodge" is in fact a remake of "The Needle" which could originally be found on a Slave Pit single. Now, however, it's Oderus singing instead of BalSac (for which he is oddly enough not credited in the liner notes).

This is the first album since "Scumdogs Of The Universe" that really expands on the existing GWAR background stories, and reportedly some of the songs have been around since the "Scumdogs" era.

There are reported to be two alternative versions of the album. First there's the censored version, and then there's the Canadian version. The latter is actually not censored musically, but lacks the song titles listing and lyrics of "Fuckin' An Animal" and "Fishfuck". Someone also spotted a version that has a "censored" sticker on the front but is nonetheless completely uncensored. Odd, that.
